Description

Located in the heart of South Beach and across from the Convention Center, this 9th floor studio comes with Ocean and Bay views. No need for a car here because you can walk all over, catch a cab or local bus right at the property. Lincoln Road Mall is 2 blocks to the South. The sandy beaches are 2 blocks to the East. You'll have all the nightlife, dining, bars, cafes and shops within a short walk. The Miami Beach golf course is 6 blocks to the North. Museums and art galleries are also very close. Whatever is in Miami Beach is very close to this condominium.

Located in the Octagon Towers Condominium building. There is a nice, fully-equipped gym in the building and a large outdoor pool. Parking is available and there is a 24-hour Valet. Clothes washers and dryers are located within the building as well

Review Submitted: May 27, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009 Just spent about a week at the studio with my boyfriend and had a great experience. Keith (who rented us the place) was very helpful, professional and reliable. No problems/issues. We loved the layout of the studio - definitely more spacious and stylish than any hotel room in the area at that price. New fixtures, appliances, etc. Also, having a kitchen came in handy so we didn't have to eat out all the time and laundry! For me, think the big thing that stood out what the location - for my fellow NYC'ers - it's like all the action was on Lex but the apt is on 1st so you're just the perfect distance from the craziness. Can be in and out as you please. Short walk - big difference. Would rent again and definitely recommend.
